In June of 2009, we hired Vesco’s Enterprises to demo travertine flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway and two bathrooms. Vesco came to our home, bid the job, and assisted with the selection of quality marble flooring. Vesco took the time to explain the process of proper installation of this type of flooring and gave us valuable advice on what would be best for us based on his many years of experience. He explained to us how to recognize good quality from poor quality flooring after inspecting the travertine flooring we previously had in our home. The overall installation cost for our new flooring was reasonable, and Vesco completed the job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our household. He made certain at the end of each day that proper cleanup was performed and made the extra effort to minimize the inconvenience to us while doing the job.
I plan to use Vesco’s Enterprises for any future remodeling and would highly recommend his services to anyone, knowing they will receive the highest quality service and professionalism as well as reasonable costs.

"I hired Vescos Enterprises in April of 2008 for a complete remodel of our 4 bedroom/2 baths house, which included a new kitchen and baths, tiled floors, recessed lights, new electrical and AC work, crown moldings, etc.
After interviewing and collecting estimates from a few contractors, we hired Vescos Enterprises. His estimate was not the lowest, but he gained our confidence by the way he showed knowledge and confidence and gave us great ideas about the job to be done.
His crew was always on time, and very considerate of my family, as we were living in the house at the time the remodeling took place. It was not an easy task, but they made it as convenient for us as possible in the shortest possible time.
It was all worth it! Now our home looks like a model house and my wife and I couldn't be more thankful for the right decision we made by hiring Vescos Enterprises.

"We have rarely encountered an individual with the kind of work ethic and attention to detail as Vesco. Vesco was referred to us by a friend for whom he had done a tile porch and entry-way, when we needed assistance with a bathroom remodel. He was prompt daily and worked well past "quitting" time, as did his associates. He inspected every step of the project and did all of the finish work himself. His workmanship and that of his team is meticulous and we would highly recommend him. Many times we had a vision or an idea, and Vesco helped us bring it to life and to completion. "Without hesitation, we can enthusiastically recommend Vescos Enterprises for your remodeling job, large or small. We had a 4 bedroom, 2 bath rental house we wanted to sell. The tenants left the place in a mess. We hired Vescos Enterprises after seeing some of his work. He completely remodeled the entire house including the kitchen and both bathrooms, tore out walls, put new can lighting, repaired duct work in the attic and installed new doors and hardware throughout etc. He installed new floor tile, granite, and cabinets (kitchen and baths.) It ended up a new house.
We purchased new appliances, carpet and garage door. The old and tired 1950's ranch style house became a warm and inviting updated home. It out- shined the other houses that were for sale in the area. Vesco left no details left undone. He and his subcontractors always showed up on time and stayed until the job for the day was finished. All work was QUALITY. We were taken to places we never new existed to choose fixtures and various items at reasonable prices.
It was a true pleasure for us to work with Vescos Enterprises. We experienced NONE of the horrors we all have heard about when remodeling. He made suggestions during the process which saved us money and ended up better than the ideas we had initially.
Bottom line: We sold our house for an excellent price in 3 days after entertaining multiple offers. Thank you Vescos Enterprises.
